These terms and conditions of trade apply to all our Sale of Goods Contracts. Any order placed with Brand Display (“Our”, “Us”, “We”, or "Brand Display") by you (“You” or “Customer”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms. Any additional or different terms you stipulate or state in any communication with Brand Display (including an order) are hereby objected to and will not bind Brand Display unless Brand Display agrees in writing. No sales person, representative or agent is authorised by Brand Display to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these terms. In any event, receipt of goods by you (or another as you direct) upon delivery constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms.
1. Sales and Purchase
1.1 Your placement of an order with us (“Order”) constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods from us on these terms. The Order is placed when it is submitted to us.
1.2 The Order is accepted only when we notify you that we accept your Order. For example, we might notify you that we accept your Order by sending you an e-mail stating this or displaying a confirmation on our website. Delivery of goods constitutes notice of our acceptance of the order.
2. Price and Price Variation
2.1 Prices quoted are including GST. The price of the goods will be the current price on the day of order. We may change our prices from time to time without notice. Prices include delivery fees, unless stated differently. We are entitled to charge a delivery fee, which will be calculated by reference to the goods purchased and the post code of the address stated in the Order.
2.2 Brand Display shall be entitled to adjust any price quoted from time to time and the Customer agrees to pay any such adjusted price.
3. Payment
3.1 Brand Display will begin production once full payment is received, unless prior arrangements made.
3.2 Prior arrangements need to be in writing and Brand Display to agree to the request.
4. Delivery
4.1 Brand Display shall deliver the goods to the address stated on the order or as agreed by Brand Display in writing.
4.2 Brand Display shall deliver the goods by such carrier and such form of transport Brand Display consider to be appropriate.
4.3 The Customer agrees to inform Brand Display within 14 days of the date of invoice if proof of delivery is required. After this period, no liability will lie with Brand Display for proof of delivery.
4.4 Brand Display will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond Brand Display’s control. Brand Display shall not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
5. Privacy Act 1993
5.1 The Customer authorises Brand Display to collect, retain, and use personal information about the Customer (including the information collected in this document) for the following purposes only:
(a) quoting and invoicing purposes.
(b) deliver of goods to personal/business address.
5.2 The Customer, if an individual, has a right of access to information about the Customer held by Brand Display. The Customer may request correction of that information and may require that the request be stored with that information.
6. Receiving the Goods & Returns
6.1 On the date of shipping you will receive an e-mail from us containing the tracking code of your package. Allowing you to track down the package regarding its current location and when it will arrive at your place.
6.2 Inspect the package looking for any transport related damage (moisture, impact damage) when you receive it and while the driver is still present. If you notice anything unusual, please have it directly recorded by the driver. Delayed reporting of transport damage is very difficult.
7. Guarantees
7.1 All our hardware comes with a two-year warranty against faulty workmanship. The fabric materials, tent canopies and bags are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Policy
All our hardware (tent frames, flag poles, flag bases) come with a two year warranty against faulty workmanship (during manufacturing). The hardware is not covered if damaged in serve weather conditions (high winds over 50km p/h or cyclone) The material (tent canopies, flag skins and bags) come with a 90 day warranty. The warranty is valid from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty.

Returns

Design
Brand Display can provide the product templates on request, alternatively Brand Display can create the design with input from the customer. Brand Display offers standard logo placement and text design. The first hour of design is free of charge after this a $90 (+gst) per hour fee will occur. If you are needing something designed from the beginning (eg. logo) we suggest you source a graphic designer to create this and then send us the finished file (PDF or AI).
