THE PROCESS
1. Ordering
You have the option to order and pay now or click the quote option at the checkout. We will be in contact in the next 24 hour.
Email us your artwork/logo and a description of what you would like to orders@branddisplay.co.nz
Our design team will complete your design within 12-48 hours and provide you with an image of your product. Once you have approved the design we begin the printing process.
Once the artwork print process has commenced please allow 10-14 working days to delivered to you.
2. Sending logo/artwork
We can provide the product template on request alternatively we can create the design with input from the customer. We offer standard logo placement and text design for free. The first 30 minutes of design is free of charge (for first time customers), after this a $90 + gst p/h fee will occur.
If your artwork is ready you can email a PDF or Ai version through to orders@branddisplay.co.nz If the file is larger than the email allowance we will send you a secure dropbox link.
We offer two graphic checks: this is free of charge & is usually completed within 24 hours of accepting the quote.
Basic logo/artwork check:
The logo/artwork is checked regarding its format and resolution
Professional check: this is free of charge & is usually completed within 24 hours
We will check your print data quickly and professionally regarding its resolution, colour defects, data errors, hidden graphics, correct colour transitions and will contact you in case of inconsistencies. We will guarantee a perfect print result. In addition, you will receive a production preview of the print for the product you ordered. If you do not want a logo/artwork check, we cannot give any guarantee for correct print results.
Now the production process can start. Please allow 10-14 days in most cases. Once completed, we will ship the goods using the most cost-efficient method.
On the date of shipping you will receive an e-mail from us containing the tracking code of your package. Allowing you to track down the package regarding its current location and when it will arrive at your place. Please inspect the package looking for any transport-related damage (moisture, impact damage, etc.) when you receive it and while the driver is still present. If you notice anything unusual, please have it directly recorded by the driver. Delayed reporting of transport damage is very difficult.
